COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Taking into consideration the health and safety of our clients and sitters, while balancing the needs of cats, we have developed stringent safety protocols that follow or exceed the guidelines set out by the provincial government.
New Client Meet and Greets
Until further notice, we will not be scheduling in-person meet and greets. We know that trusting us without meeting face to face is a lot to ask, but we are doing everything we can in both our personal and professional lives to minimize contact and potential spread of disease. We are more than happy to address all your questions by phone or video call and you can read our 5 star reviews on Google and our Facebook page.
We have several options for contactless documentation completion and signing. If you have a printer and scanner we can email you a PDF. If not, we can arrange to have the paperwork dropped off in your mailbox, or we can even send you a version that you can complete and sign electronically.
We generally charge a $10 fee for key pick up if not provided at the meet and greet, however we are waiving this fee at this time. We will arrange for a mutually convenient way for contactless key transfer.
Boarding clients will be admitted through porch drop off and pick up.
Nail trims will be available according to current provincial orders allowing for pet grooming. Based on comfort level or discretion, we may suspend this service at any time. When performing nail trims, we have the following requirements in place:
a distance of at least 6 feet must be maintained at all times when the sitter and client must be in the same room
whenever possible, only 1 member of the household should be present
masks must be worn by the client and sitter at all times
sitter will sanitize their hands and all equipment prior to arrival
