Our availability guarantee means that once you are a registered client, we can guarantee that your cat will have care when you travel. While we can guarantee availability for cat sitting services, we cannot guarantee specific visit times. Visit schedules are created based on route planning, client volume, staffing, and the needs of all cats in our care. If you have a preferred time window, we will do our best to accommodate it, but it cannot be guaranteed. The benefit of our team-based approach is that you don't need to worry about finding a sitter during holidays, peak travel seasons, or unexpected trips. Once you're registered, you'll have a reliable care provider available whenever you need us.

A registered client is a client who has completed our registration process, including submitting the required registration forms, creating and maintaining an active account in our client portal, and completing a consultation. To remain an actively registered client, you must have used our services within the last 18 months. Clients who have not had a booking during that time may be required to update their information and complete a new consultation before services can be scheduled. Actively registered clients receive access to our availability guarantee, meaning we can guarantee care for your cat when you travel, although we cannot guarantee specific visit times. This allows us to maintain up-to-date information about your cat, your home, and your care preferences so we're ready whenever you need us.
