No matter how fussy your cat is, we will serve them dinner just the way they like it.
Litter boxes are scooped and the area swept/tidied at each visit.
Bowls are washed and fresh water provided at every visit.

We perform a health assessment to ensure that your cat is eating and eliminating normally, as well as observing for any signs or pain or illness.

We will bring in any mail or newspapers and even water your potted plants if you wish.

Accidents happen. Cleaning them up is just part of the job!

We perform as basic home security check at every visit to ensure everything is just the way we left it. Blinds and lights are rotated for additional protection.

We know how important enrichment is to keep cats happy and healthy. We will spend time with them doing activities they enjoy and bring mental stimulation. If they prefer to hide, that is ok too! We will leave them some treats to enjoy when we leave.

RATES
We keep our pricing straightforward and easy to understand. We don't charge extras during visits for things like medication administration, number of cats, or days of the week. The only time you will see a bit added to your invoice is for holidays. Please contact us for details if you are interested in longer visit times.

You do not need to have confirmed travel dates to register as a new client. You never know when an emergency or opportunity for a last minute getaway might arise!
Registration Form
Upon confirmation of the New Client Consultation appointment, we will send you a link to complete our New Client Registration Form to help us prepare for the meeting and draft a custom care plan for you.
New Client Consultation Meeting
During our meeting at your home, we will review the care details provided on the registration form, note where items are located, and discuss the custom care plan for your time away. We will also go over the Pet Sitting Service Agreement and the Veterinary Release Forms.
We suggest having a key ready for the sitter at the meet and greet. A key can be picked up at a later date, however a $15 fee applies. We do suggest leaving a key on file with us for future visits or in case of last minute emergencies. We have even provided lock out services!
Activate Your Account and Download Mobile App
Our online client portal and mobile app makes communication a breeze! Review and update home and pet details, view your schedule, request services, receive daily report cards and pictures and even chat directly with your pet sitter and our office. Copies of the Pet Sitting Service Agreement and Veterinary Release Forms will be uploaded to your portal so that they can be referenced at any time.
